Description:
Two continuing education programs will expand on the themes from the 2009 MTGEC fall conference, Improving Healthy Literacy and Diabetes Outcome in Older Persons. Participants will make use of a prepared case study concerning the management of an older diabetic patient with related medical conditions. The study, along with other materials, will be sent to registered participants before the meetings so that everyone arrives prepared for the discussion.
